PTK 27 - Flexible space miracle
The PTK 27 has the smallest footprint in the industry due to the patented folding traction device. The retractable supports allow use in the tightest of spaces. Maneuverability for daily use: The chassis of the PTK 27 is equipped with only one axle, allowing easy maneuvering in confined spaces. The lightweight and compact control panel with tilt/lever control and the information display also ensure simple and safe operation for the user. The high mobility and flexibility of the PTK 27 is supported by the individually folding and telescoping supports. Safe setup, even on uneven floors, is thus child's play.
Full equipment and performance
The Paus PTK 27 is offered with articulated boom or as a pure telescopic crane with gasoline engine. A diesel version is optionally available. The payload of the trailer crane is, Paus tested, up to 1.0 t and over an outreach length of up to 26.50 m. Despite narrow outriggers, the trailer crane has a high lateral outreach with extremely high stability. The lightweight design of the compact trailer crane is very attractive for users. The low total weight of around 2.9 t in the standard version simplifies transport to the job site.
PTK 31 - When it has to be a little more
Absolutely practical: PAUS supplies the PTK 31 with a personal fall protection system on request. Repair work at heights can thus be carried out quickly and, above all, safely. The trailer crane has an extension length of up to 31 meters. The retractable drawbar is a special feature in the crane sector. This allows the erection length to be reduced by approx. 2 m, which is an immense advantage, especially for work on confined construction sites. Even with a narrow outrigger, it is possible to move the maximum load of 1.6 t through 360°. The crane is delivered from the factory with a gasoline engine or optionally with a diesel engine. A 400V electric drive variant is also available, ideal for use in (production) buildings and environmental zones where combustion engines cause pollution or are simply not permitted.
Practice-oriented equipment and extensions
The tip extension has been specially developed for use in the glass construction sector. Equipped with a separate hook, glass panes can be positioned through scaffolding or under roof overhangs to the installation site.
On both models, the outriggers can be folded out and telescoped individually. This allows the crane to be set up flexibly and safely on uneven terrain and even on steps or inclines. In addition to manual adjustment, the user naturally has the option of having the outrigger process run automatically. With the help of the optional comfort package, both the travel drive and the outriggers are controlled via the radio remote control. In addition to automatic leveling, the package also includes a lowerable rear axle for easy maneuvering.
Another plus point of Paus trailer cranes: The light and compact control panel with a tilt lever control as well as a clearly structured information display ensures easy and safe operation. Misuse is almost impossible, the optical load display with traffic light symbols warns the operator in advance.
