Dumper with lowering skip SMK 9036

Replaces loaders and trucks, saves time, fuel & reduces personnel costs: the compact solution for urban construction sites

What advantages does the self‑loading dumper offer compared to conventional compact dumpers?

The self‑loading dumper SMK 9036 delivers maximum efficiency on confined construction sites: it loads material independently without a wheel loader, reduces machine movements and lowers operating costs. With its lowering skip, hydrostatic all‑wheel drive and compact design, the self‑loading dumper works faster, safer and more flexibly than conventional dumpers – ideal for inner‑city construction sites, cable and pipeline work as well as landscaping.

Smart organization for tight construction sites with the self-loading function

Thanks to its unique self-loading kinematics, the dumper can fill itself, saving time and personnel costs while replacing the need for a loader and truck.

The SMK is ideal for areas that loaders and trucks cannot reach

It can transport up to 1,600 l of bulk material, and its significantly smaller dimensions make it ideal for narrow construction sites and city.

Loader and dumper in one offering multifunctional use

Whether for transporting bulk material, grading, snow removal, or pulling trailers, the SMK is a true all-rounder that can be used year-round.

The dump truck is a compact and versatile solution for construction sites where conventional trucks or wheel loaders are unable to perform. Thanks to its unique self-loading dump kinematics, the dump truck can load itself, replacing the need for several other machines on the construction site. This saves time, personnel, and high investment costs.

Thanks to its large bucket volume, the SMK can transport up to xx m² of bulk material while remaining significantly more maneuverable than a wheel loader and more flexible than a truck. Whether it's civil engineering, cable and pipeline construction, asphalt paving, or other work, the dump truck impresses with its compact design, high off-road capability, and extreme durability as a self-loading machine.

It is also multifunctional, serving not only for classic material transport and surface leveling, but also for winter service and as a machine for trailers. This makes the self-loading vehicle a reliable helper on construction sites and a real investment in efficiency and economy for municipalities, landscapers, contractors, and rental companies.

Questions about the lowering‑skip dumper

For which applications is the SMK 9036 suitable?

The SMK 9036 is designed for construction sites where limited space, high flexibility and efficient material handling are essential.

On inner‑city construction sites, it benefits from its compact dimensions and excellent maneuverability. In landscaping, the low ground pressure and precise handling are major advantages. For cable and pipeline construction, the self‑loading function is ideal, as material can be picked up directly without the need for additional machinery. Municipal operations appreciate its versatility and ease of use, while in winter service it reliably handles transport and clearing tasks. For bulk material transport in confined areas, the lowering skip ensures fast, safe and efficient workflows.

How does the dumper’s self‑loading function work?

The dumper’s self‑loading system operates via a lowering skip that functions like an integrated bucket. To load material, the operator hydraulically lowers the skip, drives into the material and then raises it again. The material is automatically scooped up without the need for a wheel loader or any additional machinery. This process enables fast, safe and efficient loading directly on site, especially on confined or hard‑to‑access construction areas.
