As a company, we are constantly striving for improvement. This includes taking care of our environment and acting sustainably. Even the smallest actions can make a difference.
Packaging for Replacement Parts
We use only recycled materials to package our spare parts. We collect reusable packaging materials in the receiving area and send them to the shipping department.
Solar Energy
Solar panels are installed on our roofs. This allows us to generate up to 85% of our own electricity.
Sustainable Machine Design
An increasing number of our machines can be equipped with electric drives for particularly sustainable operation.
We place great emphasis on robust and durable design, achieved through minimal use of plastic and resource-efficient materials. The result is emission-free, quiet, and extremely robust machines that are ideal for use in sensitive areas such as enclosed spaces or densely populated areas.
Paus 2028
One of our goals is to be fully digitized by 2028. We aim for a paperless workflow and want to capture data only once. Because we are committed to progress and seize every meaningful opportunity to position ourselves sustainably.
Our Company
We also prioritize sustainable practices within our company. Our employees can lease e-bikes or charge their electric cars at our charging stations. We also participate in the “Cycle to Work” campaign. Once a year, we organize a cleanup event with all employees. In addition, we sort our waste properly and use trash cans without plastic liners.

Our energy audit focuses on our company’s energy consumption. Through analysis, we identify potential and pinpoint specific savings opportunities that lead to customized measures to reduce consumption.
Our goal is to reduce the company’s CO₂ footprint in the long term and thus make an active contribution to environmental and climate protection.
