The TSL 9088 Pro: A new generation of Paus loaders

Hermann Paus Maschinenfabrik presents the latest generation of its loaders for the first time: the TSL 9088 Pro. This revolutionary telescopic swing loader puts the operator at the center of all activities and sets new standards in terms of safety, comfort and productivity. 

Innovation in load torque monitoring

The new EU 474 standard requires a load torque display and control for telescopic wheel loaders in order to switch off torque-increasing movements of the loaders in the limit range and prevent the equipment from tipping in the longitudinal direction..

For the first time, Paus is also introducing load moment monitoring in the transverse direction for telescopic swing loaders in order to take into account the additional swivel function so that the loader does not tip to one side. This pioneering technology opens up a wide range of possibilities for driver support and increased efficiency. This not only makes the telescopic swing loaders safer, but also significantly more productive in their wide range of applications.

Comfort and ergonomics redefined

Paus focuses on comfort and ergonomics in its machines. The entire control panel of the Pro series has been redesigned and the number of switches reduced to enable intuitive operation. A clear 7-inch color display shows all functions and is operated via the Paus Controller, a 7-button system with direct selection. As an option, the display can also be operated via a touch function, which greatly simplifies use under different environmental conditions. These adaptations make the controls much more intuitive and the operator always has an overview.

The joystick has also been adapted to the practical needs of users. Functions such as the floating position, the use of the auxiliary circuits and the bucket shaking function are easy to control, which further increases efficiency and user-friendliness.

Individual machine behavior and assistance systems

Depending on the application, the machine behavior of the TSL 9088 Pro can be adjusted and consequently enables everything from sensitive stacking to fast material handling. The optional assistance systems are tailored to the needs of the operator and make machine operation considerably easier. These systems include automatic swivel functions, load positioning, automatic tipping functions and much more.

Safety first

Operator safety has absolute priority. The loading processes of the TSL 9088 Pro are permanently monitored to prevent overload situations. The ROPS/FOPS II protected cab offers optimum protection and the best visibility. 

Versatility and efficiency

The TSL 9088 Pro impresses with its versatility thanks to the swivel and tele function, which extends 90 degrees to the left and right and up to 4,08 meters dumping height. In combination with a workman basket, the loader enables efficient platform operation and safe working at 7 meters height. The loader also has a first auxiliary circuit with increased conveying capacity and a second auxiliary circuit for additional functions and high performance hydraulic driven attachment.

A Smart Loader

With the Pro series, even inexperienced operators will find it much easier to operate a Paus loader more productively and safely than ever before. Externally, the Pro Series machines look almost exactly the same as the previous models, but the additional functions and the increased performance of the hydraulics and mechanical drive make all the difference.

The introduction of load torque monitoring in the transverse direction is a Paus development that opens up new horizons even for inexperienced users. This new safety function ensures that the TSL 9088 Pro can be operated safely.

Versatile swing loader: SL 9088

The swing loader has become indispensable in landscaping and sewer construction. Thanks to its high engine output of 85 kW (115.6 hp) and compact design, it is extremely maneuverable. 

The outstanding feature of the SL 9088 is the 90° swivel arm, which makes it possible to approach the work area lengthways and swivel the lifting gear to the left or right. This avoids awkward driving maneuvers and saves valuable time and distances. The swivel arm not only makes using the loader more economical, but also more flexible, as less maneuvering space is required and the machine itself does not have to be turned.

The robust construction of the SL 9088 is reflected in its planetary rigid axles and the rear axle oscillation of 10°. With a steering angle of 40° and a powerful hydraulic system that achieves a flow rate of up to 140 l/min and max. 200 bar pressure, the SL 9088 is ideally equipped for demanding tasks. The flow rate of the proportional, load-independent auxiliary control circuit can be regulated up to 140 l/min via a potentiometer, enabling optimum adjustment of the attachments.

The focus is also on safety and operator comfort: the oil-bath multi-disc brake reliably brakes all four wheels and the electro-hydraulic spring-loaded brake automatically engages when the engine is at a standstill or when the operator is not seated. With a maximum tipping height of 2,755 mm and a stacking height of up to 3,320 mm, the SL 9088 also offers outstanding work performance.

The all-rounder: SMK 9036

Paus is presenting the impressive SMK 9036 self-loading dumper at bauma. The all-wheel drive, articulated dumper combines the transport capability of a dump truck with the self-loading function of a wheel loader. The dump truck is used for transporting, backfilling and leveling as well as for picking up bulk material, particularly on confined construction sites. The high pushing force with a 44.5 kW engine and a skip volume of 1,600 l and its max. load of 3.65 t, make this machine an all-rounder on any construction site.

The all-rounder: AKR 9060 HP

Another highlight is the AKR 9060 HP dumper, which is being presented for the first time to the public. With a more powerful engine of 77 kW compared to the smaller model with 55.4 kW, it offers a particularly high tractive force that is also impressive in difficult terrain.

Thanks to its large skip volume of more than 3,000 liters and the 180° rotating tipping skip, the AKR 9060 HP is ideal for transporting larger bulk materials. Its compact dimensions make it easy to maneuver, which makes it particularly maneuverable on inner-city construction sites. The rotating driver's platform makes maneuvering easier and avoids awkward turning maneuvers and damage to the ground. The AKR 9060 HP offers even more comfort with an optional cab, which will also be shown at the trade fair.
