New After Sales Manager for PAUS
By mid-July 2010, Mr. Stefan Szyszka (51 years old) took up the job as the new after sales manager of Hermann Paus Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Emsbüren. During the past years, Mr. Szyszka was responsible for sales and after sales service in well-known and internationally acting companies. Now, he is using his knowledge of the market as well as the experience gained with customers and their requirements for PAUS. Profound knowledge in Business Development and Warranty Management predestine Mr. Stefan Szyszka for his new job.
“Providing perfect solutions to the problems our customers are facing” – this is the standard Mr. Szyszka is eager to meet. Another special challenge is the international customer topology enabling Mr. Szyszka to make use of his excellent know-how and experience.
PAUS is a manufacturer of construction machines, hoisting equipment and mining and tunnelling vehicles. According to customer requests, PAUS designs, develops and produces special machines as well as series-production vehicles. Oftentimes, only few units of such machines are produced and consequently wide technical knowledge of the after sales service is indispensable.
Permanent interdepartmental exchange of information is necessary to ensure optimum response to the customers’ requirements. “By consistent flow of information, PAUS will convince the customers even after conclusion of the sale”, assures the new service manager, Mr. Stefan Szyszka.
