Paus Forklifts - engineering at it's best
H. Paus Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Emsbüren has been manufacturing forklifts for 25 years now which are specially designed to meet the requirements of the customer.
With payloads up to 35 tons, the Paus Forklift is the perfect machine for transport of heavy loads in narrow spaces.
The Paus Forklift PGS 25 that has been finished recently, is used by a rolling mills in the Netherlands for transporting aluminium and steel coils.
The cooler is protected against pollution by a removable sieve; this allows quick cleaning. Easily accessible servicing points and measuring bar ensure quick maintenance of the PGS series.
The shape of the coil mandrel of the PGS 25 has been adapted to the inside radius of the coil. The fine treatment of the surface ensures transportation of the coil without getting damaged.
The axle-pivot steering of the rear axle developed by Paus ensures troublefree manoeuvrability of the forklift series even in narrow spaces. The swingingly arranged suspension in the vehicle frame balances uneveness of the ground.
Another advantage of the Paus Forklift is the electrically driven emergency steering pump that ensures optimum manoeuvrability, even if the driving motor is switched off.
